Jagat Pati Singh was born and raised in the village of Nawada in Bhojpur district, Bihar. Growing up in a rural community, he witnessed the everyday struggles of farmers, workers, and underprivileged families, which deeply influenced his sense of responsibility toward society. From a young age, he showed leadership qualities and a strong desire to help people in need.
