Khan Sir married Ainam Siddiqui (also reported as Zeenat Khan) in 2025. He kept the wedding private, citing India–Pakistan tensions at the time, and later hosted a large reception in Patna for thousands of students in June 2025. He lives and teaches in Patna, Bihar.
