MUKESH MAHADIK was born in NAVANAGAR VILLAGE RATNAGIRI DISTRICT .His father was mahadev mahadik and mother was sushila mahadik. He was born into politician family and secured a printing technology diploma in RATNAGIRI. He started his career as a printing press production supervisor He worked in printing press for 10 years.

He joined politics in year 1985.His main aim for joining politics is to create awareness about corruption he wanted to make his city corruption free . He have done so many social activities for females and young generations. He said his inspiration was VASANT DADA PATIL (bhau yedve) Who thought him alot about politics. According to MUKESH MAHADIK he think that women's should also get rights of education and working in organization so they can earn from it.He joined politics because he when he personally faced his dadar property issue which grabbed by someone but after spending more than 9 crore on advocates still he did not get his property so he started thinking about general people he thought if it happens with me dont know with how many people it can be happen so he decided to do something for general peoples so he finally came into politics. He loves to guide the person who is confused with their career. According to mukesh mahadik euqality should be same for everyone.
