In 2017 Rashmika got engaged to her Kirik Party co-star Rakshit Shetty. The couple ended the engagement in September 2018, citing compatibility issues.
She was long rumoured to be dating her frequent co-star Vijay Deverakonda. The two got engaged in October 2025 and married on 26 February 2026 in Udaipur, in traditional Telugu and Kodava ceremonies. The couple announced the wedding as "The Wedding of VIROSH".
In November 2023 a deepfake video morphing her face onto another woman's video went viral. Delhi Police registered an FIR and arrested the accused in January 2024. She was later appointed national brand ambassador of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C). In October 2026, after their Koffee With Karan appearance, the couple's team filed a cybercrime complaint in Hyderabad over fabricated content and online harassment.
She endorses brands such as McDonald's, Dabur Honey and Kalyan Jewellers. She was the first Indian ambassador of Onitsuka Tiger (2023) and became Swarovski's India ambassador in 2025.
