After the show, he and Banerjee released the album Yeh Pal (also known as Qazi-Ruprekha Jodi No-1) on Sony BMG. Its songs include "Yeh Pal", "Karu Kya", "Hero", "Meri Mehbooba", "Madham Si Chandani" and "Kehkashan". The title song remains his best-known track.
In September 2026, Qazi Touqeer entered Bigg Boss 20, hosted by Salman Khan, marking his return to mainstream television nearly two decades after Fame Gurukul.
